The LIMK1 protein
The LIMK1 protein is 647 amino acids long and belongs to the protein kinase superfamily (1). Its sequence in FASTA format, which was found on UniProt, can be found in the document below. FASTA format is the sequence of amino acids that encode the protein LIMK1.

I chose to research Isoform1, the canonical sequence, because it is the most commonly occurring and the sequence listed in the FASTA format. Its accession number is NC_000007.13.
